Starting Tuesday June 27, 2006
You will learn how to prepare delicious living foods meals -
hands on, a truly life-changing experience. Healthy living and eating can be
FUN!
Each class we prepare a delicious gourmet dinner with five to
seven recipes and enjoy it afterwards, always containing a breakfast idea,
soup or salad, main and dessert. One class will be completely devoted to
detoxification and rejuvenation through vibrant foods like wheatgrass juice,
sprouting, sauerkraut, almond cheese etc.. You will learn how to make all
these and more and assist your body in any challenge it encounters.
The culinary themes are arranged around seasonal organic
ingredients and feature one dessert dish per class. Sure, we will make chocolate!

The ‘hands-on’ style
of our classes assures
that you will learn 'heaps', regardless skill level.
Yes, you can attend single classes or join later. However, we encourage you
to take the whole course as it will give you a more complete picture of the
vast possibilities of this cuisine.

Basic recipes to help
you getting started with living foods preparation. This class will give you
a jump start on how to get through the week in a healthy way.
Detox for Body and Soul
(Kitchen Gardening )
Friday 9am - 12pm, $60.-
You will learn how to
grow wheatgrass, different sprouts on soil and in jars, make sauerkraut,
almond cheese, etc.. This food is the optimum for detoxification. Consumed
regularly it will support your body in any attempt to heal itself.
We promise you the most vibrantly alive meal you have ever had. Yes, we will
have a cake for dessert!
